Gardienne du Sanctuaire: No one ever accused George W. Bush of being great at making speeches (lol), but seriously.....the video was just a joke. Don't worry. He just tends to say "Ummm" quite a bit. He certainly get that from his dad, who spoke quite well. Someone just combined a bunch of his "ummmm's" from a single speech he made, and then sent it out to cyberland for us all to have a good giggle over. Nope, don't think he was drunk. Then again...his daughters DO like their drugs, don't they? Hmmmmm. (LOL)
